Your principal is trying to create an environment in which the staff at your school works together more effectively and has asked for your help. Write a memo to your fellow teachers on this topic. In this memo include why it is important for staff to collaborate, possible ways this might be accomplished, and the potential challenges of collaboration.

To our school teaching staff, our school principal wants to have an environment that we staff in this school will work effectively on our teaching ability.

School works be more effective we need to have lesson planned. It is important for us teachers to clearly collaborate our goals in teaching and educating our students.

There are possible ways to consider as an educator that our teaching ground be accomplished we have to be continually educated like attending seminar and workshops.

As an educator there are potential challenges we are experiencing as we go on working with it, we will learned more from our experiences because the more experienced we had, the more we’ll become better educator.
